Stephanie sets her sights on driving Assembly’s Learning and Development commitment through a range of structured programs, designed to bring the people of Assembly together to share positive experiences and build on technical skills and emotional intelligence at work.
Global omnichannel agency Assembly has appointed Stephanie Parkman as our Head of Learning & Development to lead the agency’s Learning and Development program in Europe.
With 20 years of experience in creative agencies such as Publicis, McCann, and M&C Saatchi, Stephanie will use her strategic approach to develop Assembly’s Learning & Development initiatives to further embed personal and professional growth in the business.
On joining, Stephanie said, “Assembly is packed full of smart, turbo-charged critical thinkers. Learning & Development’s role is to amplify the success of every single person and build social and cultural capital in the process.”
She added, “At Assembly, we encourage job shadowing and client placements, which create opportunities to observe others in their work habitats. Our culture of sharing expertise and knowledge builds positive connections and unlocks extra skillsets throughout the business.”
Assembly Europe’s Managing Director, Kate O’Mahony, commented, “We are excited to welcome Stephanie to the agency to be the driving force of our Learning and Development Program. Stephanie will use her strategic approach and experience in curating highly bespoke initiatives that have personal and professional growth at its heart, with a core focus on delivering significant impact to both our people and our clients.”
Stephanie shared further ambitions for the Learning and Development commitment of the agency:
“Assembly’s mission is, ‘Find the change that fuels Growth,’ and this starts with our people. We have designed a broad L&D program to equip everyone to be progressive, early-adopters who can not only navigate change, but also lead it. But it doesn’t stop there - our role is to create the kind of environment where people can flourish and grow together harmoniously.
Social learning is key. An example of this is our Assembly Live series, where we come together weekly for a 45-minute sprint through a topic that builds capability at either an individual level or at a team level, benefiting both our people and clients.”
