Naha-Biswas looks to elevate Assembly's omnichannel approach to deliver growth alongside the agency’s data and tech capabilities to clients in Europe
Global omnichannel agency Assembly has appointed Kristie Naha-Biswas as Head of Strategy and Planning for Europe. Kristie will drive forward Assembly’s growth-focused omnichannel planning proposition for Europe from Assembly’s London office. Bringing an impressive 15+ years of experience from across Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group, Kristie has led global brand and marketing strategy for powerhouses including McDonalds, Vodafone, GSK, Marriott, and Intel.
As digital has become the dominant way that people consume media and interact with brands, having an effective omnichannel strategy is becoming increasingly important for global brands, and this is a top priority for Assembly. Over the past several months, Assembly has formed key partnerships with other Stagwell Media Network agencies and added core capabilities to further develop our omnichannel proposition and vision. This is playing out through large new global accounts won, including Lenovo, which placed Assembly at #6 of the European Media League Tables .
“Today’s consumer experience is more connected than ever, therefore, we can no longer create silos between ‘brand’ and ‘performance’ or offline and online,”’ said Kristie Naha-Biswas.
She added, “A good omnichannel strategy is one that considers how consumers interact and where brands are best positioned to influence the journey to purchase – and Assembly’s model is one without silos.”
The addition of Naha-Biswas is part of Assembly’s vision to further develop our omnichannel proposition and provide key leadership and connection across Assembly’s client experience, activation, insights & connections, and consultancy teams.
Assembly Europe’s Managing Director, Kate O’Mahony, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Kristie to the agency, where she fulfils a key role in our wider management team. Her wealth of experience in formulating and executing strategic solutions for superbrands is already driving meaningful impact for our existing and new clients.”
On joining Assembly, Naha-Biswas shared her excitement and vision:
“The core proposition at Assembly – finding the change that fuels growth – is a strong mission and focus for building our strategic offerings. And, the agency’s core data and tech capabilities are market-leading. In joining, I saw a fantastic opportunity to create a streamlined, connected approach to planning that could bring together brand and performance media, and deliver better growth for our clients’ businesses. Culturally, I’m inspired by the team’s dedication to purpose, and their approach for bringing innovative solutions to clients globally."
